when my life is going down the tubes...
so my aspirations of graduate school have pretty much been smashed by certain classes this semester. maybe i should take a career change and become a photographer/director? here are some pictures from, in my opinion, a genius: david lachapelle. so if you don't want to get me any of the other presents, you can always get me his book heaven to hell.

gold dare ass face? ...also into cats?!
it's time for christmas. seeing as i have to save a lot of my christmas money in hopes of getting my own car for the summer, i'll just post all the things i would get if i had a lot of money and pretend i have them all.
yes most of these will be clothes. first up is a christian audigier hat. that is what the ca monogram stands for. black and silver. he designs for ed hardy and now has his own line of t-shirts, tank tops, and hats out. this is kind of the most tame of them all. it can be yours for 121 smackers.
d&g dolce and gabbana belt that says "the more you get, the more you want." it's cool, it's ironic, and it costs a pricy $165 from saks.
d&g dolce and gabbana watch. there is a difference between d&g and dolce and gabbana in case anyone didn't know. d&g is aimed at a younger crowd and is substantially cheaper. to tell the difference, if you see d&g it's obviously d&g, but if it's initialed dg then it is the more expensive dolce and gabbana brand. anyway, this watch is really cool. they have been showing ads for it on mtv, which is uncommon because most advertising by designers is usually done in magazines. either way the commercials are cool and you can buy this watch for $325. expensive, but not too bad.
i like this marc by marc jacobs watch a lot, and for $200 it's really not that bad of a price. i don't know how much you could wear a green watch with, and the website eluxury is actually out of the green, so it's possible to get a brown one that may go with more. it's simple, which tends to be a theme in most marc jacobs clothing, but is undoubtedly good quality.
i really like this gucci hat. good gucci quality, the g monogram, and signature red and green stripes. so you could wear it a lot with anything that is brown, green, or red. i was highly considering this, but taking into consideration that i need to buy a new phone, this isn't looking likely for its $220 price tag at neiman marcus. maybe some other time.
nobody has j&company jeans so i think these would be cool to have. they aren't the usual color of jeans but they're not too weird either. $175 is kind of a typical price for higher-end jeans.
rock and republic jeans, a favorite of my friend svetlana. the r's on the back pockets are cool and i have heard they are pretty comfortable. the $229 price tag is out of my price range though.
i have been debating on what phone i should get since i am sick of my jacked up razr and my sidekick2 is out-dated. i guess i could keep the sk2 but why when i could get a sidekick3! it is the best option to keep the unlimited texting, internet, instant messaging, and email. i wish i could get a black morotola q but verizon's plans for data and texting suck ass, and i think you have to pay to get aim on the phones anyway. the sidekick3 has dropped in price from $300 to $250 with a rebate, so that is seeming to be the best candidate.
some day when i am a plastic surgeon in la i will be able to shop at kitson men's store, but for now it's only possible online. i love skulls and crossbones, and this white and black hoodie is perfecto. $105 isn't too bad for something cool and different like this, but i don't think i really need another hoodie. it's hard to shop online, so i like being able to go to somerset to see how things look before i order them offline. this could end up not looking good in person.
tom ford sunglasses are really cool and if i had an extra $160 i would get a pair for my mom. it would probably be pointless because she breaks sunglasses like it's her job, but it's always good to get something nice for someone. pipe dreams. anyway, tom ford is the designer for gucci but makes random things for a personal brand. his men's sunglasses cost about $290 and is in the stratosphere of my spending habits.
it sounds nerdy but i miss video games. because i don't feel like risking my life getting shot trying to get a playstation3, i would like to go the cheaper and safer route and get a new nintendo wii. pronounced like "we", it is nintendo's newest console. while i would definitely like to play the new zelda game, what attracts me to this more is the new "virtual console." the virtual console lets you download old video games, including some sega games, to the wii to play. favorites like mario brothers, super mario 64, and donkey kong make this aspect of the wii tempting. pretty sure all wii's are sold out, but they're $250.
in other news, i found this picture shocking.
no that isn't his super hot stepsister, that is his girlfriend. man, what am i doing wrong? time for me to take up the guitar more...
other hotness includes this:
yeah she kind of looks like a bumble-bee. she is still clearly amazing though. her cd is coming out next month and i'm excited for her to prove that taylor hicks sucks and has already hit his high at weird ford commercials.
last but not i leave you with a hilarious youtube video. i posted earlier about the new fall out boy song and this video offers insights into the barely-audible lyrics.
twelve days until christmas!!

okay, this is hilarious. two of my favorite people are friends! haha. while i was busy eating turkey on thanksgiving weekend britney was busy hanging out with paris and showing off her cooter. last night on the vh1 (which apparently stands for video hits 1, nice little trivia fact) big in 06 awards dane cook parodied the gina flash while accepting an award. lindsey lohan was supposedly hanging out with these two but it was all a SHAM. it was also rumored that at britney's 25 birthday she would be staging a marriage to ol' paris. i didn't see the pictures of it happening but i think i had a dream about it which makes it even better.
so to go along with my deep-seated hatred for the saginaw spirit and the corruption of saginaw i would like to pose a question. what the fuck ever happened to that girl? why aren't charges being pressed? i would for sure keep up with whatever is going on if i get to see any spirit players go down, but there has been NO news coverage of it. allegedly (thank you kathy griffin for allowing me to not be accountable for anything i say) it was a fifteen year old girl. hence my little picture. theories are that the family was paid off to keep their mouths shut. shame on you news media!
yes they have been getting a lot of action... from minors.(click image for full view)
my phone service runs up in january and i am still undecided on what type of phone i want. i saw a white chocolate when i went to best buy and was mesmerized. it's sexy and would match my ilife perfectly. but what would match my ilife better? the iphone! it's supposed to be amazing but there were patents released that didn't impress me too much. and plus, i have an ipod anyway, i don't need another one that can make calls. i guess there are supposed to be two versions released with different memory sizes - 4 gig and 8 gig. i have also become obsessed with blackberries but their plans are whack. i will probably just end up with the sidekick 3.
so my mom is getting divorced again. it will be final next monday. she wants to get a new cat, and i am gunning for one of these suckers. they are just so ugly. i love them.

so i guess i'm just going to write about random stuff that i run across as the day goes by. most of it will probably have to do with celebrities or music or technology stuff. i don't know how personal i want it to be. once i get a new phone with a better camera or get a hold of my camera there may be more personal pictures.

i watched the borat movie. it was hyped up so much but failed to entertain me as i thought it would. the appearances on various late night talk shows were a lot funnier than the movie itself, which seemed to drag on and on and on. did you know the whole movie was about his journey to find pamela anderson in malibu? dumb.
i found james morrison on john mayer's blog. john's new cd, continuum, is really good. james morrison is worth checking out. he reminds me of james blunt without the nasal sound to his voice. i like his song "you give me something" and the video is alright too. he looks like a martian but what do you expect from england? just kidding; i love london.
i am really excited for fall out boy's new cd. they recently put their next single, "this ain't a scene, it's an arms race" online. it sounds completely different than all of their old music. i'm still undecided if i like how it sounds, but i am sure their next cd will be amazing. pete wentz, although not that good at keeping homemade porn off the internet, is a rather talented lyricist.
and can we please just take a moment and let out a big, sad sigh that it actually happened.

i don't want to end this on a bad note, so for everyone's enjoyment i present the forgotten, but still hilarious, laguna biotch:

and they call me mumble mouth
charlotte church and some crazy drunken english's girl's rendition of michael jackson's "beat it." hilarious, and for some reason i actually like it.
